Domestic Shipping: We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
International Shipping: We ship to select international countries and regions (availability can be confirmed by entering your shipping address at checkout).

Standard Shipping
- Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD (automatically applied at checkout). Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee.
- Delivery Time: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping
- Cost: Calculated in real-time at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Delivery Time: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

All orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for any reshipping fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Shipping Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to severe weather, natural disasters, customs clearance delays, or public holidays.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 business days of delivery so we can assist with carrier claims or replacements.
